Bill Miller - A resident of Nashville, Bill Miller recently signed with Vanguard Records. He took home Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Male Artist, Best Folk/Country Artist or Group, and Songwriter of the Year at the 1999 Native American Music Awards. Each award was well deserved.
