Arigon Starr Arigon Starr is from the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. She has released three CDs, MEET THE DIVA,WIND-UP, and BACKFLIP. MEET THE DIVA and WIND-UP are both Native American Music Award winners -- MEET THE DIVA for "Best Independent Recording" in 1999; WIND-UP was a winner for "Song of the Year" in 2002 for "Junior Frybread." She and her group have toured across the United States and the UK, including stops in New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, Albuquerque, Tulsa, Milwaukee and Los Angeles.
