Service to the Armed Forces

The Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota has filed a suit against Anheuser-Busch and other beer makers alleging that they provided four beer stores in the small town of Whiteclay, Nebraska, which borders the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, with  ”volumes of beer far in excess of an amount that could be sold in compliance with the laws of the state of Nebraska”.  Whiteclay has a population of around a dozen people but the stores sold 5 million cans of beer in 2010.
