Nashville's Native American History - Go To Shawnee Settlements Site Description

To get to the Shawnee Settlements Site from I-265, take the 8th. Avenue/Meterocenter Blvd. Exit. Go south on 8th Ave. Turn left on Jefferson St. Turn left on 5th Ave. There is a vacant lot at the corner of Jefferson and 5th where you can park. You'll see the Great French Lick historical marker by the sidewalk on Jefferson St.
